HuMandalas Movement Meditation

HuMandalas offer a guided movement meditation intended for groups to harmonize with others and nature through intentional connection, toning, and visualization. It teaches how to synchronize our biorhythms with the universal patterns of nature by engaging in guided interactions that mirror the Sacred Geometry of creation.

The HuMandala technique draws parallels with practices such as qigong, yoga, reiki, and sacred dance. It provides an accessible approach to understanding ancient principles of bio-energetic cultivation and the potency of intention. HuMandalas offer an engaging, enlightening experience suitable for individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly those interested in sound therapy/toning, sacred art, conscious movement, massage, meditation, and new age philosophies.

About Daniel Levy

Daniel Levy discovered profound meaning in simple practices such as breathing and aligning with the rhythms of nature. His journey as a lifelong learner led him to immerse himself in exploring Mayan culture, yogic mudras, ritualistic dance, and sacred geometry, drawing inspiration from Dr. Masaru Emoto’s studies on water crystals. Daniel further deepened his knowledge by becoming a certified Ananda yoga and partner yoga instructor.

Combining these disciplines laid the foundation for what is now known as Humandalas. Through workshops and sessions with various communities, festivals, schools, and organizations, Daniel honed this human-centered art form. Presently residing on the Big Island of Hawaii with his wife and daughter, Humandalas has blossomed into an integral part of a nurturing community.
